Welcome to the National Tribute Band Association (NTBA). By joining, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is exclusively for tribute bands and tribute performers.
• Applicants must demonstrate that their act is a legitimate tribute to a specific artist or band.
• NTBA reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion.

2. Membership Fees & Payments

• All membership fees are non-refundable.
• Membership is $35 for the first year and $59 for each renewal year (unless adjusted by NTBA).
• Premium tiers, advertising, sponsorships, or other services may have additional costs.
• Failure to pay dues may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Membership Duration & Cancellation

• Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment.
• Members may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused membership time.
• Cancellation prevents automatic renewal but does not entitle the member to reimbursement of fees already paid.

4. Member Conduct

• Members must act professionally in all NTBA-related activities.
• Respect fellow bands, venues, fans, and industry partners.
• Avoid harassment, abuse, or behavior that damages NTBA’s reputation.
• Follow the NTBA Code of Conduct.

5. Use of Directories & Resources

• NTBA directories and resources are for active member use only.
• Sharing, selling, or distributing NTBA data outside of the association is prohibited.
• Misuse may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

• NTBA logos and branding are property of NTBA and cannot be used without written consent.
• Members retain ownership of their submitted content but grant NTBA a license to use it for association-related promotion.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• NTBA does not guarantee bookings, revenue, or exposure.
• NTBA is not liable for disputes between members, venues, buyers, or third parties.
• Members assume full responsibility for their performances and business dealings.

8. Privacy Policy

• NTBA collects and stores member data solely to provide services.
• Data will not be sold to outside parties.

9. Termination of Membership

• Members may cancel at any time (no refunds).
• NTBA may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

10. Changes to Terms

• NTBA may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
